Zulage, welche den Entsandten aufgrund höherer Lebenshaltungskosten im Gastland bezahlt wird, um dieselbe Kaufkraft zu gewähren. Sollten die Lebenshaltungskosten im Gastland tiefer sein als im Ursprungsland, dann kann den Mitarbeitenden entsprechend einen Abzug vom Salär getätigt werden
